I am thrilled to announce I am writing over at Pro Sports Extra, a site with a great variety of topics and with some of the best writers online. This is a tremendous honor and while I'll still be writing here, please check out my work there as well.
Editor's Note: I've always been fascinated by space exploration since I was a kid and NASA still sent rockets into space. Now that private exploration is beginning to bear fruit, is it possible we'll see a manned mission to Mars? Elon Musk seems to think so but he doesn't say it will be easy. Here's what I wrote about it at Pro Sports Extra.
Entrepreneur Elon Musk is determined to land humans on Mars by 2024 and even bigger, build a city there by 2050 that is self-sustaining with a population of one million people. Musk, whose fondness for getting spaced out on weed was seen during an appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast, is also fascinated with getting humanity back into space exploration. Now, it appears he’s ready to take things where no one has gone before.
